Ticketmaster

While I feel I am an experienced and adept copywriter in the corporate/B2B/CPG space, I am an impassioned writer in the arena of sports and entertainment. So, when the opportunity to write for LiveNation/Ticketmaster presented itself, I enthusiastically lept towards it. Ticketmaster covers so many bases, that I have written about a wide range of topics from a blog post about slang and jargon in the National Hockey League to an artist bio about a Germanic band that merges ambient natural sounds with shamanic, rhythmic chants.

In a little over a year, I have had more than 120 pieces of content published by Ticketmaster. Because of our integrated SEO approach to target high value keywords, paired with well-written copy, the blog posts alone have amassed more than 5 million impressions and roughly 100,000 clicks from organic Google searches (via Google Search Console). We’ve found that the artist bio pages I’ve written ranked on 1.5 positions better in organic searches (on average) for three times as many organic search quereies, with six-times as many impressions and clicks than those I did not.
